Information we collect
When you request a review, we may collect your name, contact details, current country, nationality, timing, budget, funding status, requested services and the project information you choose to provide.
Why we use it
We use this information to assess your relocation or acquisition project, respond to your enquiry, prepare a relevant discussion, prevent misuse and, where appropriate, coordinate introductions that you have authorised.
Confidentiality and sharing
Your project information is not sold. It is shared with professional advisers or service providers only when necessary for the requested service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and, for adviser introductions, your agreement.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to assess the request, provide the service, meet legal obligations and protect legitimate business interests. Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to protect the information.
The concierge
The concierge provides general orientation. Avoid sending identity documents, banking records, proof of funds, medical information or other sensitive documents through the chat. When an AI service is enabled, the text you send may be transmitted to the response provider to generate a reply. Processing and retention depend on the service configuration and applicable provider policies. Do not include sensitive personal or financial information.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable Swiss data-protection law and, where relevant, the GDPR, you may ask for access, correction or deletion of your information, object to certain processing or withdraw consent by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.
No automated decision
Readiness scores and lead indicators are planning aids. They do not produce legal effects and do not replace a personal assessment by WHITEWOLF or advice from regulated professionals.
